Delete your online account and data

Scrap Pandas, by Mirage Informatique (Google Play)
The online account is optional: it only exists if you turned online play on. There is no email and no password; your account is identified by your player code (SP-XXXX-XXXX), shown in the game's settings.
2. In the game (fastest)
- Open Scrap Pandas.
- Tap the gear: Settings.
- Tap Delete my online data and confirm.
The game needs internet at that moment. When offline, it remembers the request and sends it as soon as it can. After deletion, online play is turned off; you keep playing against bots.
Before deleting, you can keep a copy with Download my online data.
3. By email (without the game)
Write to support@miragehosting.com with:
- the subject "Delete";
- the game's name (Scrap Pandas);
- your player code (
SP-XXXX-XXXX) and, if you can, your nickname.
We delete the account and reply within 30 days. We will never ask for a password or an ID document.
If the game is still installed with online play on, it will create a new, empty account the next time it connects: turn online play off in the settings first.
No longer have your code (game uninstalled, for example)? We cannot find your account, because we do not know who you are. It will be deleted automatically after 12 months without online use.
4. What is deleted
- Your account: nickname, player code, install key fingerprint, consent, account status.
- Your car snapshot and its defence stats.
- Your fights, your blocks, and the reports about your account.
What stays, and why:
- Reports you made about other players stay, with no link to you, until 1 year after they are handled.
- In other players' fights against your car, the link to you is erased; those records disappear after 30 days.
- Our admin log keeps an "account deleted" line with the player code and the date for 2 years, to prove the deletion was done.
- Our deletion journal keeps the account's internal id and the time for 40 days: it is used to delete the account again if we ever restore a backup.

6. Your data on the phone
Your offline progress (parts, currency, trophies, progression) is saved on your phone, not on our servers. Deleting your online data does not touch it. To erase it, uninstall the game or clear its data in Android (Settings > Apps > Scrap Pandas > Storage > Clear data). If Android backup is on for your Google account, Google may keep a copy under its own rules.
